Summer is finally here and always when it’s warm outside I crave smoothies in the morning for breakfast. When I make smoothies I usually use just what I have available in the kitchen. However recently I just love blueberries-ginger and combining these two flavours. Ginger really boosts the flavour of this smoothie. Also I like to add citrus fruit (orange, lemon or lime) to my smoothies, it not only gives boost of vitamin C, but balances nicely the sweetness.
